While I stood in line about 1/2 hour to pick up my car, the car was fine.  However, when I went to return it with a full tank of gas, I realized there was no gas cap! It was easy to drop off and the car was clean.  I could only give 3 stars because it should NOT take that long to pick up a car.

Very pleasant experience. Best rates around for the weekend.  Barbara was very nice and helpful at pick up, despite being busy and low on cars. The young  gentleman who helped when I requested an exchange was also great then and also at drop-off  
Will definitely make the hour drive for any future needs.

I rented a car from this location on 3/23/18. I was greeted by friendly staff inside the Airport and outside in the Parking Garage. I was given an upgrade vechicle because the class I chose was not available at the moment. I recommend this Budget location and will use it again in the future.

Nobody at the counter at an international airport. Was told to go to Avis counter got in line there then someone came to the budget counter then was in back of the line instead of first. This was at 10am on a Monday. Once I got paperwork done and went to get the car there were no signs anywhere about car pickup. I did not fly in. We circled the place 5 times and then returned to the car return spot and found an attendant. We finally found the rental car. The most inefficient car rental I have ever had!!!! The price was advertised low but in the end was outrageous for 3 days for an economy car. Over $400. Gouged for sure. Never again!!!!!

Want to lose your money this is the right place. Have lot of time to waste this is the right place. Charges more than any other budget. Worst customer service by the old lady in the counter. Will never ever dare to come back here..!
