The staff is rude and very unprofessional. They are not people friendly and they talk to very little. I continued  to call as no one was answering about my bill and the manager that I need to call corporate because this isn't here business and she doesn't handle it. Treat and talk to people like you want to be treated. If you greet me with disrespectful  you get it in return.  Do not go here! Unless you like to argue.

They had the best price in the area. Make sure you call other rental companies to compare prices avis will usually beat it.

My vehicle broke down on way to work near Springfield. Had to scramble as it was about 5pm and all auto shops were getting ready to close. Rental car only solution. Went down the line on Google. Enterprise you have to have a utility bill. Who carries those around? Herts gave me the cold shoulder because i didn't reserve a car 2 hrs before their closing time. Like i planned for my vehicle to break down? Called Avis. Very friendly and professional lady answered. Set me right up. She even came and picked me up. If you are ever in need of a rental car in Springfield i highly recommend Avis. They saved me when the others would not. Thank you Avis!
