I have rented an automobile from Enterprise three times in the past year. Each of the three experiences has been beautifully handled by Customer Service associates.  The cars they provide are top notch, in perfect shape and a pleasure to drive.  Each of the associates I've dealt with has been accommodating and made sure that I was completely satisfied before I drove off the lot.  I especially like the fact that Enterprise is family owned and operated.  If you need either temporary or long-term transportation, this is the place to find it at reasonable pricing.

We've rented from Enterprise many times and have always had good experiences. However, the last two times haven't been a positive experience. The time before last we reserved the car on the Enterprise website, and it was confirmed for a location that no longer existed and a time that all others were closed. So we ended up having to cancel our family trip. This last time, the car was reserved to be dropped off on a holiday. When we got to the location, the rental agent explained to us that because they were closed, we would have to keep the car until the following day and pay accordingly. It wasn't until we questioned this that he admitted to having a drop box for keys and stated that the company requires him to say that we had to pay for an extra day. We only paid for the days used and put the keys in the drop box, but this practice would be confusing and misleading to an inexperienced renter.

I don't really rent from Enterprise often because of the location. LR is to busy for me. I had to rent from them because I was having my car repaired. They picked me up from the shop. I waited 30 minutes after the gentleman called to say I was ready to be picked up. He called again to make sure they hadnt forgotten. The office is around the corner. When I get there the young man that helped inspect the car was nice. 

Now returning the car was not a pleasant experience. I am on crutches and I have a knee  stabilizer which means I cannot bend my left leg. I asked if I could drive to the shop to because driver sides are easier for me to get in and out of a car. The young lady says no and looks at me like I was stupid or I need to take what they were offering because she was not going to accommodate my injury. Luckily the lady next to her said I could drive the car with an Enterprise employee to return it. It's been a while since Jordan has worked at this location. I really miss her. Hopefully everyone else is having a better experience.

Wonderful experience, quick and easy. I rented for an extra day and it was a easy update. Would rent from then again. Great prices, and I got a better vehicle than I planned for

Enterprise is really great!  My truck was in the shop for repairs and the insurance company went through Enterprise for a rental. They gave me a super nice double wide truck with all the amenities.  Great service and friendly people!
