I've always had a good experience with Hertz. The manger and the employees are curtousey and friendly. I recommend them to everyone.

Awful experience and customer service. There were no available parking spots to park my car and I asked the manager if after I rent one of their cars if I could park my car after moving the car I rented. She was very rude and said these exact words "I can not have you park your car in these spots because these are where the nice, clean vehicles that Hertz owns goes." I felt like she did not care to have my business and was insulting my vehicle. With any other car company, they either have a big enough parking space OR they let me park my car in place of their car if it means getting my business.

Excellent experience here. They let me choose the car I wanted and were very friendly
