Rented car for a 3 day trip for work. Place opened a few minutes late. Only one person working at that time. Very slow to get going. Car was not the cleanest on the inside. Lots of stains. When i went to return, huge line of customers. Once again only one person working.

Bad customer service and poorly staffed.  You can make arrangements for a pick-up but you better call or it will never happen.  They want you to call to ensure that they do their job.  Long wait times at the counter due to not enough staff.  Need better procedures and management.

I love renting the cars I need from my local Statesville, NC Enterprise.  The employees are professional, accommodating, and truly make renting a car an easy process.  Rob has been the person that I have worked with the most here lately, and I can't say enough good things about him.  He greets me by name, and always helps to meet my travel needs.  I will not go to another rental company as long as I have this Enterprise!

Great people doing an amazing job!!  Justen was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable!! He was an amazing people person and took a great deal of pride in his job!  Long wait time but that was only due to customers showing up unprepared!!

Zero stars!!! They are the worst rental car company I have ever rented from in my whole entire life! The manager has no clue on how to run this establishment or talk to customers. I reserved a full size car but was told none was available once I got there. Usually if this happens most places would accommodate you with a free upgrade ,but not here I had to pay a higher rate and was basically told it was my fault because I didn't give them enough time to pick up a rental somewhere else due to me reserving 40 min before hand Which I don't understand since my reservation was confirmed for 12pm  and I arrived on time.
