The staff is great; very welcoming, courteous, and responsive to problems. They were up front about any issues or charges, and are just all around great people. I had a car accident and was getting strung along by insurance, but I could call them up (multiple times!) and extend my rental no questions asked.

I got my rental this morning at 7:45am enterprise gave me a small compacted car A Ford Fiesta hatchback which is small and equals death if you get hit by bigger car. which  after I was in a traumatizing accident shouldn't be in a smaller compact car or anyone in my opinion. Do you want me to fear for my life the whole time. I understand if u don't want to give me a SUV but you could have given me a mid size vehicle like I have myself. The worst experience Id say would be receiving my rental car with the gas on empty! pretty much almost on E. I drove for a couple miles to school and it Went empty on my way to school so my time was held up and I was late for school because I had to put gas?!? I'm the victim here who got "HIT" The persons insurance is already paying for the rental so why didn't I get a full tank or at least a quarter... I believe it was cause, it was 7:40am in the morning and the guy was being lazy and cold and didn't want to fill up the car  which he should have! Another thing I disliked was how " I " Catched two scratches in the car  when u open the door the scratchs are by the body frame of the inner door when you open it. There's also a scuf scratch in the bumper and the side of the car by the rear tire. I informed him of the situation and he said he'd write a note on it? Excuse me?! Last time I checked the  professional right way do it was to take a picture of it before handing the car to me poor work ethics that's why I'm writing this so it's on the record and I took pictures myself Enterprise won't take my money because your lacking awareness. I also don't want to hear when I return the rental that he was a newbie at the job so it doesn't count cause he didn't know better cause that would just lead things to a legal issue that I would be ready to sue for. if I was accused of such false things. P.S the outside of the car was also dirty it needed a wash. If you want to fix this how about the manger or owner emails me so I can send them the pictures today so they have it on record and a gas card. 
I say it how it is, and how I see it that's why they made this review board. i mean this in the nicest and none disrespectful way possible.

Curt has been amazing and extremely helpful. I rented a van twice this month to move things. I accidentally went through a toll road on my adventure and called Enterprise. They didn’t charge me which was a huge relief. Anything I’ve ever wanted they’ve been more than accommodating for. Both in person and over the phone they’ve been helpful.

I would highly recommend this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location. I have used them for many years and they are always providing customer service that is above and beyond!

Employees were friendly and very helpful. Car was clean and in good shape. Had no problems. Would definitely recommend this business to others.
