Excellent service from beginning to  end.never had any problems with picking up or dropping off the vehicle.i recommend  to any one that  needs a rental car and  enterprise  even added an extra day for me on very short notice ,no problems  at all.thanks for exceptional  service every time.

Consistency is key, and I can't say enough good things about this Granite Falls, NC location.  Every single person that I have encountered over the years have been top notch, ultra accommodating and helpful.   Jack, on of the drivers is the absolute best, I love being picked up and dropped off by him, he is so personable!  The other driver Paul is great as well. Highly recommend this location.

The guys at the Granite Falls location were GREAT! I'll be coming back soon. Everybody should go there.

Got great service and a great car but wasn’t aware when I paid my 50$ deposit ( had a rental due to insurance - wrecked car ) told me I would get it back then last minute had to rush the car back before 6pm and forgot to fill it up ( should have been told of that ) needless to say I was charged 47$ for a tank of gas that when I  filled up was only 22$! Very disappointed and hopefully won’t have to use their services again .

Enterprise in Granite Falls is awesome! They always make sure we are completely satisfied with the vehicle they are putting us in!
