I'm a 74yr old lady that was stopped for a school bus when a distracted woman plowed into the rear of my car. Emergency people were wonderful. When I went to rent a car,Chris Kennedy was SO helpful. He explained everything and put me in a car just right for me. The whole awful experience was easier with Chris helping me.

Bad experience - Won't go back

Setup a reservation well in advance. Went to get the car and they didn't have one. Correction, they had 2. Two pick up trucks that were dirty and reeked of smoke. These were the two I could choose from & embarrassing that they would have even tried to sell me on one. On the lot, I see them driving several other cars around. I asked if I could have one of those but was told no. Further, they didn't really seem concerned. 

It's easy to have a good experience when there are plenty of cars but a rental location shows their true colors when a mistake is made. They did and it wasn't good. Highly disappointed and won't go back...there are simply too many options at the same price to ever take a chance on that Mooresville Enterprise location again.

I rent from this location frequently and always appreciate the quality customer service and friendly staff.  The car I rented this time was comfortable and more than adequate for my needs and I appreciate the convenience of having this office nearby rather than at the airport 35 miles away. Only 4 stars because the inventory of choices for this location are a bit limited, and often the cars have higher mileage. It is a small trade-off for the convenience.

This is my go to local rental car place.  These guys are knowledgeable and they hustle.  Vehicle pick-up is fast.  If there is a problem, they are quick to make it right.

Desk staff is always great. Overall cleanliness of cars is not good at all. I return them much cleaner than when I pick them up.
