I love this location! I was helped by the Branch Manager, Tyler Hough-Jenkins and he was absolutely amazing! I had to go out of town for a last minute trip and was completely stressed over transportation. Tyler calmly assured me that he would make sure that I was taken care of and he did! His customer service skills are stellar. This store and staff is a great representation of Enterprise! Thank you Tyler and staff!

I was very happy with the customer service. Everyone was polite and very helpful. I would have given them 5 stars, but the car was very dirty and smelled like pot. In fact, after just sitting in the car, my friend asked me if I had been smoking pot. So our clothes even smelled after being in the car. But, I also understand that enterprise can not help if someone smoked in their cars. But they can work on cleaning them a little better. Overall, I will use them again, because they very polite and helpful.

We were on a tentative list although when you do your booking on line it does not tell you this.  We rented on a very busy week (spring break). I called to check to make sure that we were all set ahead of time and was told that our rental was tentative based on what they had left on Saturday morning when we were supposed to pick up our car.  This was a little unnerving but the staff at Enterprise, Shelby were very kind and easy to work with.  We were able to get a car that was better for the trip we were taking than what we originally planned.  I would recommend Enterprise, Shelby, great group of staff.

No matter where you are, Enterprise is usually by far the best place you can rent a vehicle from. Customer service is always top notch and the their vehicle choices are always the best! Also, you really can't beat their pricing options, they have something for everyone and every budget.

Great place to get the car you need. They will pick you up and take you back if you need. Easiest and best experience I ever had renting a car!!! Thanks Enterprise!
