Worst humans in the known universe. Trust me,  NOBODY here cares about actually helping people.

Not one of the better Avis locations I have been through. I'm Avis preferred and it isn't a happy experience when you're dropped off in the middle of the parking lot, your car isn't ready, there isn't a covered location to at least get some shade and the customer service representative doesn't want to stick her head out of her tiny air conditioned booth to properly communicate and manage expectations. 

It's days like this that help you remember that there are other options on who to rent a car from.

Terrible customer service, took one hour to pick up a $250/day rental and not even cleaned once delivered. No idea where the car was. Couldn't get bill correct and our online reservation from weeks before seemed to mean nothing - why wasn't the car waiting upon our arrival? Unprofessional and inept service representatives. Would never recommend renting from Avis or this location based on this experience. Back to National for us.

I wish there was a zero I can post. They deceive you with the bill. Keep a tab on that. Best is to book your  car online and then go there just to collect it. Vehicles are poorly maintained. Overall very disappointed with their service
