I have rented a compact car for 3 days. It was a hyundai veloster. Very weird looking car without any trunk latch. They did not give any fob, so eventually need to fold the seats to access there. I hope they will provide better car from next time.

I used to get good offers for my weekend car rentals using the Costco membership.  They almost always beat other operators at Airport giving me the lowest price.  The process of check-in / check-out is so quick and easy. Being a Fastbreak member, you even don't need to go into queues.  Most of the times, the car waits for you and you may have to go through a shorter and prioritized lane.

I usually rent from Enterprise because they'll pick me up. If I drive here to Budget, they tell me I have nowhere to park my car and that they'll tow it if left on their property! Wth kind of business is this? The only reason they're getting any business is because 1- they're near the airport, and 2- Enterprise has no cars. In other words, Budget was a second choice for everyone else as well.

Oh, and the rental car wouldn't start one day when I came out of the hotel. Did they bring me another one? OF COURSE NOT! They sent a tow truck who got it started & told me to drive to the nearest rental place. I did, and they made me go to another! I then got a car that smelled like cigarettes and was very dirty! There was a dropping of BBQ sauce or something on the center console!

NEVER AGAIN!
