I had a great experience while dropping the car off but checking in took longer than expected.  It wasn't that fault of the gentleman assisting me; rather it was because I was renting using a debit card.  You have to have additional documentation for that.  I wish I had been notified of that when reserving the car - I would have been ready.  I indicated how I'd be paying when I made the reservation.  All in all, it was a small glitch and I really liked the car.

On a trip to Austin we rented an SUV for 1 day. My husband went to pick up the vehicle I reserved and all went well. Vehicle was fine, it arrived on time and they contacted him when it was available so that was great UNTIL he came to pick me up and said he purchased the additional rental insurance. I told him we don't need it. Our credit card we used to rent offers rental coverage and so does our AAA.  He said the gal he dealt with said he needs to have it because our insurance doesn't cover the $100.00 a day of prospective income they would lose in the event of an accident because the car would be unrentable. 
  I called and wanted it removed immediately and female told me that because the vehicle was taken off the lot that it couldn't be reversed so I called corporate customer service and the rep said I had to show proof from my insurance or credit card that it would cover rental cars.  After a few phone calls and emails I was able to get proof.
The next day my husband goes to return the vehicle and he says he wants it removed from the charges and they take it off.. no questions asked. All that extra time I took to get proof and they didn't need it? What a pain... especially when you're on vacation. Check you're insurance coverage... you may not need their optional insurance which costs extra and these rental agencies make a ton of $$$ from that. I give them a 3 star because it was not horrible because the car worked fine and we got the one they promised but it wasn't great either. If it wasn't for the insurance run around I got I'd give them a 5 star.

Enterprise is a great car rental agency.  The staff at this location is always more than helpful.  They've gone above and beyond to get me into a car at last minute reservations.  Try them out - you won't regret it.

I recently used Enterprise to rent a car and I have to say the experience was far easier than I had anticipated. This was my first time even renting a car and the people at this particular facility were very nice and accommodating. I was even able to upgrade to something more roomy and not pay a ton for the upgrade. Everyone was very nice and helpful and made sure I understood what I was being charged and what I was being charged for. I will definitely use Enterprise again and I appreciate the staff for making a difficult time much easier. I wish I could remember the names of the 2 staff members that helped me - they were amazing and very sweet people. Thank you again!

Great experience with Enterprise as always. This visit was hopefully my last for a while, as my whole purpose for renting a car this time was to get to a dealership and buy my own :) I paid with a credit card this time but even before when I didn't have one, they were patient and willing to work with a debit card. Just make sure you have proof of residency and some bills and stuff. They also have a good temporary insurance just in case anything happens to you while you drive their car. God forbid you get bumped in a parking lot and then have to pay everything that comes with that, as well as it being a rental car. Ally (sorry if I misspelled) helped me this time and was very kind and explanatory. Monday mornings are very busy, so I actually waited about half an hour over my reservation pick up time, but it was obvious they were doing everything they could to help me and the several other parties in the lobby.
