Horrible Horrible HORRIBLE  service! I called before I took my rental car back to this location to see if they would accept it there since I had originally rented it from a different location, they said yes and that I would receive my $50 refund if the car was in the same condition I had received it in (obviously). Once I get there the lady told me I would be charged $300 as a cleaning fee because it smelled like smoke and there was pet hair in the car. First of all, I have 2 small children that I do not allow around smoke. Second, I don't own a pet. After I had told her that there was no way anyone had smoked in the car and that I don't own a pet she then told me to return the car without the cleaning fee I would have to provide a receipt for a full detail of the car. I left with the rental and went to the Anderson Lane location where I had absolutely ZERO problems with returning my rental car. This location will try to steal your money, DONT GO HERE! Save yourself the trouble and frustration and go to a different location...even if you have to drive a little further!

We rented from this Hertz location after a problem with a reservation at another nearby rental company.  We were on our way in just minutes. It was as quick and easy to drop off the rental car, too.
