I made a reserved as car for a trip, I had no ride and called enterprise for a ride as instructed press an option for immediate pick up.  When I got someone on the phone, they said sure they can pick me up in two hours.  That's 1/2 the distance of my driving trip.  Just to save time I ask a friend for a ride to enterprise.  Surprise everyone was standing around but I had to wait two hours for a 5 minute ride.

I ask for a free upgrade to which I had to pay $5 extra a day, despite not getting a ride they will not even attempt an apology or make up for it.

On a bright note, they prices are good and they are close to me, so I had to use them as I rent frequently.  Loyalty don't seem to mean much these days, it's all about the bottler $$$, I didn't think enterprise was like that.

I wasn't going to write a review but after nagging emails to write a review, that was my experience, let's see if this means anything to them too.

They picked me up immediately when I called for a ride.  Upon arrival I was greeted by many - all with happy faces.  It looked to be very busy, but the agent had me processed and to my vehicle in about 15 minutes.  The return of the vehicle was just as easy.  In and out in 15 and off with a ride back home.  Everyone was very professional.  Great team they have there.

Did not start off great. They were supposed to pick me up at 11 a.m. I called at about 5 after to check and was told they had no info regarding pick up. By the time they were able to pick me up I was 45 min. behind schedule. Check in was slow and the attendant wasn't friendly or helpful at all. Car was not very clean inside. Long wait to return the car as well. When I went to check out they had my rate wrong and tried to overcharge me. This is where they somewhat redeemed themselves, the manager honored the price I was quoted. I was happy with that aspect and that's why they got 3 stars instead of 2.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and I was able to get my car without much trouble and it didn't take to long. Dropping it off was really quick as well. I also waited no time to get a shuttle back to where I needed to be.

Cons: My insurance paid for a full size car and they provided me a Malibu as it was the only choice when I picked up. Almost everyday after that I called requesting a different car because I absolutely hated the Malibu. I felt like I was being brushed away and just told to keep calling back until they received more cars. I understand I didn't pay out of pocket that my insurance did, but they were still getting paid so I don't understand why they couldn't accommodate me better or at least try. I was supposed to be in the rental for 2 weeks, but fortunately the body shop finished early and I couldn't get rid of that POS any faster.

The process was fast and efficient at the pick up point and return. In fact the individual that waited on me at the pick up point (in Round Rock, Texas) went beyond exspectations by trying to give us a vehicle that would fit our comfort needs for such a long trip. He was exceptionally courteous. The same goes for the personnel at the return in Cordova, TN. Since dealing with enterprise I've only had one bad experience.
