Wonderful. Enterprise is the best place to rent from, in fact I encourage people to go there and not any other place. Their nice and professional and also flexible. They are truly about making you feel comfortable and not just solely about making top dollars. It's good to know that companies like that are still around. The best one is the one at Hampton drive on Central Ave in Capital Heights MD.

This is probably the BEST Enterprise store I have ever worked with. They are always very accommodating and professional. I rent for personal use and have recently moved our business rentals to this location. Rarely a long wait and the communication is fantastic. Highly recommend this store.

As usual, the staff at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Hampton Mall, Capitol Heights, MD exhibited nothing but professionalism.  I was picked up, and dropped off at my home once my rental was completed as promised.  There were no long waiting periods at the counter, and the close-out process was fantastic!  I am, and will continue to be a loyal Enterprise customer.  Thank you so much for your service!!

Enterprise Rental Car needs to stop trying to next car renter to pay for previous damages from past car renters. I had small cracks in the windshields, wholes in the back seats which I had to come back to report then Enterprise Rental Car charged me for one of these incidents.  I have rented from Enterprise Rental Car three times and every time I had a car with needed repairs and I reported the two cracked windshields.  I did not see the whole in the back seat and was charged $500.00 on this incident.  This is a scam.  Happy to see that Enterprise Rental Car hire progressive young Black college students/adults.  I applaud them on this.
