I spent 2 1/2 hours getting a renter car,cause their system went down so everything had to be done by hand smh. Which she didn't know what a she had to ask for and do and her manager ask as if he didn't want to help her. They keep jumping from person to person without finishing up with one person at a time.  Customer service yeah right 2% they slow... and their system is too i feel like they taking money from us. My renter car break light is out and the tires going down. Should I get a free day or two well yes I went through so much with Hertz or whatever they called.

I wish I could put a negative star here this location doesn't even deserve 1 HORRIBLE customer service they talk to customers like they are lower than them! I guess they don't realize customers are the reason the business even has business!!!! PISS POOR NEGATIVE 100 stars in my book never will I ever deal with them in life again!!! I'll catch the bus

This place sucks!! 
I make it on time to pick up a rental that I reserved for 10am, only to be told that there aren't any more cars available but that some are on the way.. needless to say it's just about noon and no car has shown up yet. And, not to mention the customer service here is some bs! Don't come to this location. #ShouldWentToTheAirpot
