Car rentals at this location leave a lot to desired, the inventory is limited and the care given to these cars leaves much to be desired.  There is never a time I ask for a car on the lot and it's unavailable because of maintanence issues, has dead tags, or needs detailed.  The staff turnover alone reveals their are issues here.  I recommend Enterprise look into this as I know many loyal customers who have turned to other Rental companies, besides it's bad business and customer service.

After a terrible experience with roadside assistance,  it was refreshing to have great customer service here at enterprise. Nick was very helpful and made the process smooth.

I gave them a 3 because they did give me a vehicle, and the initial gentleman that helped me was professional. It went South though because the representative complained about having to meet me for a vehicle drop off. The vehicle was the wrong size too, but I was told it would be no trouble to trade it in if I had problems with it. The interior driver side was filfthy and the car smelled bad. It also drove bad. When I tried to trade it in, I got a run around. I ended up having to go to a different location. I would not recommend going thru this service location. Poor service.

Excellent customer service.  Stayed open a few minutes later to accommodate my family with an unfortunate circumstance we had.  Ive never had a bad experience with this office.  They're always great.

I wasn't going to write a review but since Enterprise emailed me twice asking me to review via Google here it is. It wasn't the best experience it wasn't what I expected from Enterprise based on previous experiences all companies have problems and I guess it's how they handle them period during the problem they handled it very poorly and then after the fact didn't charge me I would prefer to be charged and get what I intended to have rather than to get my money back and deal with aggravation. Will I rent from this location again absolutely but for a company that has a reputation of bringing on college graduates and having a family feel sometimes that family can be dysfunctional.
