Our experience couldn't have been any better!  The vehicle we reserved online was exactly what they had waiting for us. In fact, it was brand new with less than 20 miles on it! The staff got us checked in and on the road in just a few minutes. They were very polite and personable. The return was even easier! Will definitely come back the next time we need a rental. Highly recommend this location! Thank you!

The Manager is a two-faced, lying, underhanded human being.  He is lousy to his employees, has them lie to customers and steals from customers.  He charges people who have rental cars covered and paid for by their insurance and lies about issuing refunds and who is to blame for the charge.  I would not use this outlet of Avis/Budget unless you have absolutely no other alternative--I mean all the public transportation to take you to any other rental place is no longer running, including Lyft or Uber.  This manager is double-dipping, getting paid twice, and will charge your card the next day after the car has been dropped off, and the paperwork has been finalized and you are gone.  Such underhanded, unscrupulous business practice will hopefully be handled once the BBB and corporate find out.  I am witness to the fact that I am not the only one, as the customer in line the day I returned my vehicle was having the same problem with a charge.  My card was charged the next day after I returned the car and was cleared by the representative with $0.00 due as it was covered by my warranty and they had a purchase order from the dealership.

Terrible customer service. Rude, lied about what they discussed with my brother and lastly closed down at 6:55 when i asked to keep open till 705 so my brother could come to sign thr paper work. Absolutely useless

I called to ask if there was a hold and he put me on hold for over 5 minutes. I hung up and called back and I told him I was on hold for a long time.... He then asked if he could help me again. I asked if there was a hold and he asked if I had a debit card or credit card not told him a debit card and he said yes. I wanted to know how much it was so I asked again he rudely said 200. For the rudeness I will not rent from there ever.

The Budget car rental in Springfield, Va always seem to have available different type of cars to choose from and the cost is reasonable.  The staff is very courteous and friendly and most willing to accommodate your rental car needs.  I also like that Budget car rental accepts debits cards and well as major credit cards.  I would highly recommend choosing Budget car rental.
