I couldn't be happier with the service I received from the warm, friendly, professional staff.  Everyone was dressed as a professional which gave me confidence and everyone was exceedingly inviting which made me feel welcome.  When I returned the vehicle, it was promptly processed and I was driven to the autobody shop at the completion of my transaction with Enterprise.  Great job all around

WOEFULLY MISTRUSTFUL!!! I specifically rented a smaller car online as that was what I knew I would be comfortable driving in Vegas. Also wanted the better gas mileage. I show up and they ask me if I want a pick up truck. WHAT? No. I ask what else they have. They tell me "a van" (This is just for me, mind you.) So I ask why they would take my reservation for a small car if they didn't have one. The woman leaves, I'm very stressed as it's not long before closing and she finally comes back and offers me a Nisaan Maxima. I don't want this car as it's too big but it's the only choice I have between that and a truck or van.  One of the other employees is notices my displeasure and tries emphasize what a great upgrade this is. No, it's NOT an upgrade if you wanted and are comfortable with a smaller car. 
So we got outside and she starts the hard sell on the extra insurance. SHE WON'T LET UP!!! Starts telling me about all the HORRIBLE things that can happen in Vegas and how almost EVERYONE gets the extra insurance at $30 a day. 
We're examining the car and I notice scratched and a dent on the front bumper (which isn't surprising as this car has almost no clearance.) I point these things out and she says they are already noted. She shows me her tablet screen but I can't see it's blindingly bright outside. Then again she starts pressuring me about the insurance and completely confused. By this time, I'm a complete nervous wreck and ask if we can go inside. I take a minute to calm down and ask to see the notations of the dings on the car that I noticed. She pulls it up but it's too small to read but I feel better knowing I took photos of everything for my records.
So I complete the rental and drive to my hotel across the street. 
For the next TWO DAYS, I don't even drive the car because this woman has me so nervous about driving in Vegas. 
Finally,  I work up the nerve to use the car and I hate it. It's way too long, the clearance is so low, that I'm afraid the pavement will take the bumper off.  I have know idea how to use anything as she didn't bother to take the time to show me. And every time I'm away from the car, I can't relax as I'm afraid of all the horrible Vegas things that can happen. Seriously, I would've had a better trip had I just used Lyft or sat in the 113 degree heat waiting for the bus.

I went to this location because my reservation with Hertz did not work, because of a new policy at the airport concerning debit cards. When I arrived, I was greeted by several reps who were assisting other customers. Dante McCowan looked up my reservation and listed the vehicles within my price range.. Dante was patient with me, because, my phone died and he made sure that I had enough charge on my phone before leaving with my rental. We went outside to check the vehicle and he made sure to show me the damages that were previously recorded on their system. When I returned the vehicle i received the same great customer service from Dante McCowan. Looks like my Gold membership Hertz is about to be cancelled. THanks Enterprise

Involved in a car accident, the insurance company chose Enterprise as their preferred provider of a rental car while my car was in the shop.  I contacted Enterprise to arrange the schedule and was told that any location was fine.  I spoke with my preferred area of town and was told that my location wasn't in their 'pickup area' but assured me that he would transfer my appointment to the nearer location and they would come as scheduled.  30 minutes AFTER my appointment time, I finally called the location to see where they were.  They tried to play it off and attempted to blame the other site saying they had just sent over the reservation information.  Driver arrived a short time later and we returned to their location.  Filled out the paperwork required and then he went to get the car.  Returned with the vehicle and had me walk around it to verify the condition, etc.  Had me sign the paperwork and then informed me "Oh yeah, sorry, but it's got only about 1/8th of a tank of gas".  What was I to say?  I had already taken time from my work to handle this and figured, whatever, I would just have to get gas sooner than anticipated.  I left and drove a total of 4 miles (yes, that is 4, not 40, not 400... FOUR miles) and the fuel level low warning came on.  It's a full size SUV so obviously I'm not going to make it too far without stopping for gas.  Thanks, Enterprise... you may "pick me up", but you certainly didn't provide very good service.  Disappointing to say the least.
