I’ve rented a car from them twice now and both times the interaction with them was quick and efficient.  

They only lose a star because they need additional dedicated parking spaces for their rental returns.  Both times I’ve returned my car in the evening and it’s taken forever to find a spot to park the car.  It would be nice if they could work with Tropicana to gain additional dedicated rental car return parking spots.

Disapointed by the service. They called me 1 h before my reservation that they do not have any available cars because of software glitch. They didn't offer any options except going to the airport to rent. Obviously, enterprise will NOT pick you up, neither they will provide solutions for their mistakes and glitches. I would give this location 0 stars if possible.

Do not believe their price "estimate".  When I booked my car rental i was quoted a very competitive price compared to other rental companies and I decided to go with enterprise.  They quoted me based on all the requisites I made (which included dropping the vehicle off at a different location from where it was picked up)  Once I picked up the car, I was told that it would be $150 extra for dropping the car off at a different location. I was then given a "discount" and payed only $110 more than the price  I was quoted in my confirmation of reservation.  I am upset with the company for failing to disclose all additional costs associated with my rental before.  I don't understand why they even bother to send you a "total" with your confirmation email when they know that they're going to charge you a lot more money.  Use another rental company that is more transparent with their pricing.

Service was friendly, but I got ripped off with the refuel charge. My contract stated it was $2.50 per gallon; they charged me $3.25. Also I was given a car with gas tank that was not full, but got charged for a complete fillup. Sent an email but never got a response. Check your invoices carefully!
