Outstanding! Melissa was really helpful and made everything so uncomplicated. Such a LIFESAVER! We originally rented a Compact vehicle through the Centennial branch. The lady staff there (her name is not even worth remembering) was very reluctant to assist me in anyway. I had to pay in Cash and Card because we didn't have enough funds in my Credit Card at the time and all she can say is that she can't help me. They don't accept cash and they need the full amount in ONE card. I suggested different ways I can make this work so I can return the vehicle but she just kept blowing me off and before I can even finish my sentences she would just keep saying "I can't help you". It's already stressful enough that I have to figure out how to pay the rental vehicle then I had to deal with this staff lady at Centennial for being such a b***h. So we went to the Tropicana branch to see if they can help us. Melissa did. NO FUSS. NO STRESS. Done in a matter of minutes. I was so grateful.

Our first car rental experience. It was smooth and painless. We booked online and did not pay anything else. The staff did not push me to sign up for anything else. I guess it depends on who service you.

Couldn't be more angry with them!! 3 months after making a reservation, we found out that this location will be closed on Christmas day. And nobody bothered to call or email about it. As part of our holiday planning, we were checking for the timings, and that's how we found out!!! They moved all the reservations to Airport, but didn't move ours because we had prepaid our rental. And then they asked us to call reservations, who informed that airport was sold out!! And they cannot do anything but refund the money we paid 3 months ago; and that we should make a reservation with another company now!! 3 months of planning and we need to pay over twice the original amount to make another last minute reservation. Ridiculous!

Be aware of the contract. 1 They still using process from 5 years ago. Paper signing everything, while other company doing electronic signing already. So, that takes slightly longer time. 2 I was given a price that is much higher than I reserved from costco and was told that was only an estimate and will be charged the price I reserved at return. I asked the agent to confirm from the system and she did. So I believed her and I should not. And she said I could return to the airport with no charge (she wrote it down on the contract) since they will close on the return day I selected. But when I returned the car, they charge me an amount that is close to the price on the contract which is much higher. And first they said you return to a different location. Then I told them they said no charge for that. Then they said it was because I signed the contract with that price. So, I called the customer service. The customer service said it was because I returned to a different location. Then he agreed to refund me ~$30 for that after I told him that one agent wrote down "no charge". Then I was told I was charged for gas refilling. I told him the car was at 3/8 of gas. He said the contract showed it was full. So, I told him the car center gave a checklist showing it was 3/8. He said don't take if for granted. I said "no, I am having a piece of yellow copy of budget checklist". Then he agreed to refund the gas refilling fee. Another refund about $15 was also issued for some other charges, that I don't remember. The whole process was pain and unpleasant. 3 Car was not super clean when pick up. You can see the soap marks on the body. But they said they will charge you clean fee if returned with trash or dirt. So, I wasn't able to go off the main road in Death Valley where the car will get dirty. Other companies I used don't care about trash or dirt.
