Up until the moment the vehicle arrived, we were pretty satisfied overall with our communications with Go Rentals.  THAT ALL CHANGED.  You see, we specifically asked for a Jeep Wrangler with a removable top for our Red Rock Canyon trip.  We confirmed this several times over the phone and through email.  We even made a point to call ONE MORE TIME the day before and confirm that the vehicle that they guaranteed WAS INDEED a Jeep Wrangler with a removable top and if this specific vehicle was not available we wanted to explore other convertible car options. We even specifically asked them to take the top completely off before delivering the Jeep. Which they said was no problem. Again, they assured us the Jeep was going to be exactly what we wanted.
When the Jeep arrived, it was a 2015 Jeep Wrangler as promised BUT it had what looked like a moon roof.  The complete top was not taken off as promised.  We were very upset.  We demanded they take it off. They said that it requires a special key and they refused. This so called special key was a common star key, which any one with a swiss army knife would be familiar with. We called Amir (the director who set everything up with us over the phone and via email) and he blamed us. Saying that he sent pictures of the Jeep and that we should have known from the pictures that they would only take off the 2 front panels (like a moon roof) and not the entire top.  I explained to him that it is ridiculous for him to ASSUME that I would assume from a picture in an email, that they weren't willing to take the full top off.  That was never stated anywhere in the email with the pictures or over the phone, AT ANY TIME.  VERY DISSATTISFIED.  Do NOT waste your money on a company that does not provide what they promise.  Even though we paid what we promised.
