Absolute rubbish service, booked a vehicle for 8 am.  Arrived at 830 to pick up and was told the car would be ready at 1030 or 11. We returned at 1030 and was told the car needed an oil change and we can not take it. No other vehicles were available.  Quite a rude guy on the desk also. "Well if it was my vacation id of had a plan B" well my plan A from now on is that hertz can get stuffed.

The least pushy rental-agent I've ever dealt with! Got a super nice, as new, Ford Escape. Really nice experience!

We went to the wrong place in Las Vegas, but the girl was so gracious and we got a car anyway.  It was a really nice Nissan Rogue.  Hertz is worth the money.  The car was in excellent condition and really clean.  Aloha, David and Pam

After calling customer service and booking a car, I walked over to the wynn hotel from my hotel and proceeded to talk with the manager Marivic Crolli. She informed me that the representative never placed the booking and I didn't have a reservation. After about 5 minutes or so she informed me she could place me in an upgraded car then the original I booked at no charge even though they were all rented. She is an amazing representative of the Hertz company. Will do business with her from now on when I'm in town. Thanks again Marivic
