They advertise a cheap rate once you get to the location they claim the car is not available and charge you full price. I sat in their office for an hour and listen to the employee say the same thing to everyone they talk to on the phone and the people that walked in. Then the manager Pedro helped and sent me to a different location with the car I needed at the same price. I am not happy that now I have to waste time going to a different location to pick up a car. I guess I had no other choice it was that or have no car. One thing was great the driver that took me to the location victor was very kind. They did call the next day to apologize from their behavior I was very happy they did.

Amazing customer service. Left my expensive sunglasses in my rental and checked in with them 2 weeks later and they were holding on to them. Great manager and great customer service.

This place sucks! Not only did they over charge me and have to refund me money but a month later I got mysteriously charged $50 for no apparent reason. And the charge on my debit card showed up from their other branch in Wallington NJ. When I called both branches they couldn't give me any explanations. I had to dispute the charges with my bank and cancel my debit card all while out of the country. I should have went else where!

The customer service was great from October 2015 until June 2016 I was a monthly renter... The first car was a 2015 Dodge Charger in March I requested a black car for work and Enterprise delivered a 2016 Dodge Charger Hemi with 125 miles on it... I was very impressed until June when it seems everyone who worked at this location was gone... Next thing I knew my rate was going from $625 a month plus tax to $900 a month???? I drove this car for 9,000 miles and now I was being forced out of it, I'm a platinum member and that means nothing, I'm a loyal customer spending over $700 a month on your rental...  I contacted corporate spoke to the regional manager and she didn't help at all... I was told previous management shouldn't have given me that rate and it's now summertime and that's when they make all there $$$ Ryia was FIRED all stuff that is none of my business... I was just a customer renting the car and then I was told to open a corporate account that way my rate stays the same???? It's a real shame that's all I can until this is resolved...
