I was very disappointed with the service I received. Upon returning the rental I was told I could get a ride home. Once I closed out and received my bill I was informed that they were closing soon and could not drop me off and suggested I catch an Uber. I suggested they give me the rental back since it was only a half day and I was charged for the whole day. Reluctantly, she gives me the car back and I returned it the following morning. They charged my credit card for an additional day!!! Unbelievable... I called and left numerous messages and the manager didn't have the decency to return my calls. I also stopped by the location twice inquiring about my refund and got the runaround. It took a week to refund the charge back to my credit card. Since the company I work for has an account with Enterprise I will be advising them to look elsewhere as this location is the worst ever!!!!

After having a less than optimal experience at another Enterprise nearby I decided to come to this branch. I'm very glad I did! They do know and value customer service and the car provided more than performed to the expected levels. I highly recommend Enterprise and this location in particular; they go above and beyond!

They're service is excellent, I've had a Enterprise Rental car now for over a month. It's a Chrysler 200 that they upgraded me to for free basically because I freaked out on them when, after I fully set the rental up online, went in there prepared to pay off early rate only for them to try - pretty insistently - to up-sell me on that B.S. insurance nonsense! Well, I held my own, went online to confirm that the insurance truly optional - he insisted several times that there was no insurance at all and that it was not optional - he finally caved and agreed that I was right and didnt have to take it. He then had to do something outside and excused himself for a moment and left, at this time the next customer said to me "Oh man - is he going to do the same thing to me? I set it up online and got the price and reservation number from the confirmation page" I said "hold your own man, you saw what I said - just say the same thing." When he came back he gave me a free upgrade from the most affordable sub-compact rental to the mid-sized car. It stank of cigarettes and had ashes in it too - no matter, I still have it and everyweek I call to extend the rental another week, they're very nice and accommodate me and, when they needed to put more charges on my card, they called and confirmed them before and after. I rented a Toyota minibus during the Christmas 2016 and New year 2017 break (specifically, 26 Dec 2016 to 03 Jan 2017) for around 10 days. I thoroughly enjoyed the vehicle throughout the period- it was well maintained and was in very good condition. The only issue was the delay when I went to pick the car in the morning, I was supposed to pick the car at 9.00 but I actually got it around 12 because the office was waiting for car to comeback from a client but that did and finally I was given a car from another Enterprise outlet in Paterson. However I appreciate the manager's support to compensate this delay by giving me unlimited mileage which helped a lot. For future I would like to suggest Enterprise to make sure that their are alternate arrangements for clients with conflicting schedule instead of causing a delay. For the mini-bus, I loved the Toyota model and I would recommend that for everyone, so reliable and comfortable. To more suggestions: a) Enterprise should consider giving free mileage to all its customers on SUVs and mini-vans too, which is not the case the moment and b) the clients should have the flexibility to take the car in the evening, one the day before the actual rental starts, e.g., if I rent a car for 14 Jan, I should be allowed to take the car on 13 evening without extra charge.
