I rent from Enterprise on occasion and always from this location. I am set up in their computer system for express check in whether I make the reservation or my insurance company does. Their service is good as it is but this enrollment makes the paperwork go quicker.
They are prompt picking me up and getting me on to the road. I wish they had Subaru and Hondas instead of Fords and Dodges but their cars are in good mechanical condition.

The worst experience I've ever had with a business by far. Enterprise is a greedy corporate company looking to make money at your expense. The level of customer service that I received from the Newark Enterprise rental was absolutely the worst. Please double check the fees they are assessing and lookout for corporate discounts that raise the cost of the rental opposed to reducing the cost. Totally lack of empathy and integrity. I will be filing a complaint with my employer to remove Enterprise from the preferred vendor list because they are preferring to rip my company off. I hope they remove them from our partnership. It's ashame because I had a good relationship with Enterprise for a long time. That just ended today.

The guys that helped me were very kind and polite. It was easy to book a reservation, check-out and check-in process was less than 10 minutes. No issues with my deposit. I would rent from them again.

the service was great. the car was equal to what we had been driving.  The staff was very accommodating and professional. I would definitely use the Hackensack NJ location again.

I picked up my rental in Hackensack and dropped it off in wallington.
Both places were above and beyond in helping me.
Wouldn’t go anywhere else .
