I just rented a car from Enterprise Fallon Store and I was very much satisfied with the car I rented which was a 2017 Toyota Camery, Christina was awesome, very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend Enterprise to anyone who needs a nice dependable economicial car at a pretty reasonable price. Oh did I mention unlimited mileage!!

The rate was great. They were fast and friendly. We had to expand for a day and it was no problem.

I live close to Fallon,and went to Enterprise to rent a vehicle to pick up my 85 year old father from a nursing facility and bring him home for Christmas. I was greeted by Jarrod and then followed up by Trey. I cannot say enough about this gentleman. I have rented twice since then and Trey has went above and beyond to accommodate my mother and I. He is one of the finest customer service agents I have ever encountered. I personally feel this man deserves a huge raise from Enterprise. He is certainly one of their largest assets. My advice is if you need a rental call and ask for this man. He shows great pride and integrity and I feel I've known him all my life and would trust him with any of my referrals. Outstanding job Trey.

Didn't show up on time to pick me up causing me to be 15 minutes for work. When I asked for a time to be picked up, they already had appointments at that time. I moved the time back 15 minutes. I offered to move it back a day. Same problem. "I'll just have to lock the doors and come after you." Guilt trip. "Just call me when you need to be picked up." I already knew when I'd need to be picked up. "Okay, we'll pick you up at 8:15 a.m." Showed up at 8:28 a.m. after I called. When they say, "call when you want to be picked up," believe them.
