If i could give 0 stars i would. TERRIBLE service. Cars were not cleaned prior to me getting there. System was down to one computer, told it shouldnt take long...it did. Going on an hour and a half to get my car. If my insurance didnt have a contract with this place, i would have definitely gone to Enterprise. Way easier and faster there. Going here is like being stuck in a nightmare that wont let you leave! AVOID AT ALL COST.

Don’t ever rent a car here, horrible service!! Other car rental companies are far SUPERIOR!

I have rented from this location several times in the past 2 years and yes there were some times when the car I got was substandard, however it was clear that they were given the vehicle from the airport so it was not under their control. In terms of customer service they have been very good. I feel that I'm treated like a valuable customer, they remember me from one rental to the next. I too have had to wait but it was because there were only 2 people and 5 customers needing service, which I do not find beyond reason.
