Very bad rentals and the cars also better to send to the junk yard. If I have chance I will give  -5 star rating and coustmer​service is very bad and I changed 3 cars in the same day, we can understand how there cars are bad. This is not the rental agency it's a scrab car agency. Request for the head of this agency please send all your cars to junk and sell all the cars... Please don't neglect these reviews and don't rent a car  mainly from this location..they are doing a fraud business..

What a ripoff. Beware before renting a car from them. First off I planned a 4 day rental and they gave me a price of $113. Apparently that was only a deposit and got hit with an extra $180 when I dropped off the car. Then there is the local renter policy where they should ask you before setting everything up instead of having it in a little box on the lower left hand side of the site. I show up a few minutes before my time and stood there an hour waiting for a car not to mention being hit with all of these little hidden taxes and fees. Terrible experience would definitely not recommend this place.

rented through action last week - booked through travelocity - didn't realize they are not located at airport - had to shuttle there which was inconvenient as traffic was terrible. I could have lived with that but total price from travelocity doubled from other fees not in original quote so my nice total of 180 for a week turned into 360. Normally don't review but if you are thinking you are getting good deal by going out of your way and not renting from on site rentals think again. 

Also the car I had was beat to hell - so much exterior damage - almost a hazard

Very disappointing. I regret that I chose them to rent a car. It cost me a lot of time and a lot of effort to get to them and talk to them. Nothing works.
