I am an Emerald Club member and I am extremely satisfied with the level of service and the ease of rental procedure I experience with National.  My last rental at JFK airport on 01/17/18, was no exception.  I chose a Chevrolet Malibu from the Emerald Aisle this time. Very happy with the choice... brand new car very easy to drive.  I did have one issue with the driver side mirror cover flying off on a freeway for some reason, but was assured by the helpful staff that I would not be charged. Looking forward to my next rental!

Best service, wide variety of cars in excellent condition, very good connectivity to airport.
Moment you come out of airport, either you get a pickup or drop service or the point of car availability is located very near. 
Pickup and drop off location need not be same, but has to be planned in advance. Although the agency offers roadside assistance in case of any problem, absolutely no trouble was experienced with the vehicles any time. However two small issues were noted. There was no built in navigation. Also as far as possible toll roads expecting RFID payment need to be avoided. But this is not an absolute problem as payment can be made to the agency later on after knowing the charge.

Always great and friendly service.  Car selection is always great too... Clean and new.
I always recommend them to my friends. The Nissan Rogue was a dream car!

I'm an Emerald Club Member with National and it is so beneficial.   The staff at JFK are:  "awesome" they helped my elderly mother a great deal.  The staff really went above and beyond.   Frasier at JFK Airport helped us so much and he is an outstanding Customer Service Rep.   I love National - and rent cars monthly they always make renting cars easy and provide great rates!
