I've rented from this location multiple times now and each time I leave feeling as though the price I paid and service I received were an exact match. The team is always friendly and when they ask about my experience I feel as though they are asking to listen and not just as a step in the rental process. I appreciate the great customer experience and will continue to rent at this location in the future. (PS - Melissa is super awesome!)

Customer service has been great. Been back a couple of times to be greeted on a first name basis. The vehicles were well kept and got me where I needed to go.

Best car rental experience Ive ever had. I have rented about 5x now from this Milwaukee downtown location and each experience has been superb. Staff are very professional, efficient, and friendly. They give me a ride home on drop off and always offer. Their selection of vehicles is great and lots of brand new cars!  They switch out a car if you are unhappy with it. I had a car with a faint smoke smell (not Enterprise fault, rather some previous inconsiderate customer) and for the smoke smell they swapped AND upgraded for the inconvenience. This is expert and high-end customer service. They will not disappoint. I wont rent from anywhere else ever again!

Absolutely ridiculous. My insurance company made a reservation at this joke of a company, I called ahead to confirm my reservation, told them exactly what payment method I would be using, agreed to pay the ridiculous 150$ deposit and they wouldn't rent me a car because they don't accept my banks debit card. I hope no one is forced to deal with these absolute scumbag liars. Specifically avoid this location.

Extremely friendly staff at pick-up and drop-off, quick & efficient at both ends. Decent rates and they were flexible about my possible change in return date. I didn't need a ride to/from the rental site, but was asked by the reps and appreciated that Enterprise offers this, maybe some time in the future.
