Always super helpful, always super nice. Every vehicle has always been very nice, but more so, very clean.

I was extremely disappointed from the treatment I recieved from Hertz/Milwaukee downtown location. I made an online reservation for an economy car and recieved a confirmation email to pick up the car at 3:00. Unfortunately, when we showed up there was no car available. What made worse that the staff did not bother at all to show any consideration of the sitution insted said "there is nothing i can do" and did not discuss what is next like: do we need to check back, are they going to call us back??   Instead, they left us blank. Then we called the customer service. They were a nicer talkers but whats the use!!!!nothing was done either...
In conclusion; POOR SERVICE!!!

Extremely disappointed in Hertz, had a reservation for a week rental and arrived 2 hours and change after I had originally booked because I was in meetings all morning. Unaware they only held them for 2 hours, I showed up 20 minutes after the 2 hours had ended to find out they had given my car away and had no others available. Luckily Avis down the road came to the rescue with available cars. Will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Absolutely terrible service. We had reserved a car online and then called to make sure it was all confirmed. The agent said he had no car available and had no interest in helping find an alternative. Tom was extremely disrespectful and sarcastic. Would not recommend.

Convenient downtown location, and open 30 min earlier than any other local rental place. Service was basic.
