Great experience! Felt like VIP treatment even though we are not regulars. We were promptly met by the rep Summer who was knowledgeable, nice and fast. Traveling with my family during Christmas is stressful but getting the car from this Enterprise location was not. Even a last minute request for a vehicle change was handled easily. No muss no fuss. I rented from Hertz at this airport a few years ago and it was a complete and utter disaster. It took about an hour to get into the mini-van with Hertz and my kids were a mess waiting for it. Hence my trepidation with renting again, but Enterprise rocked it and I will never rent from another company. Hopefully they are all as good as this location. I rarely leave reviews but since this crew rocks, I thought they deserve the props. I find that most people only write reviews when they have a bad experience. Well my family got a VIP experience and it was greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Great experience nice employees always well taken care of there being an enterprise plus member. Some days are busier then others but never have had a problem with enterprise in Milwaukee. Great bunch of employees always happy willing to help out in any way possible. No complaints from me at all

I have been renting from Enterprise at the Milwaukee airport at least once a month for the past year. I have gotten to know the reps working on Sunday nights by face, as they have gotten to know me. I have had nothing but positive experiences with each of them. 

I typically arrive from NY on Sunday night, and there are not always cars available in my class. Without any hesitation or concern, I am upgraded and in a vehicle in minutes. One time when all of the cars were in the car wash, I got a free tank of gas for 'having to wait so long' - it was no more than 5 MINUTES! Talk about customer service - these folks are the best.

I also rent with Enterprise when I do personal travel, and had the same experience at the Phoenix airport on my Grand Canyon vacation. I had originally booked a car through one of the web "hot deal" sites with another rental company. When we arrived at the rental center, the lines were terrible! I checked my reservation, and sat down to wait, then I saw the Enterprise counter. Long story short - I rented a beautiful car and paid HALF of what I was going to pay at the 'bargain' counter! That taught me my lesson - from now on, it's ONLY Enterprise.

They have the best service reps, clean, almost new cars, and a great customer outlook. Thanks Enterprise - and a big shout out to the reps at MKE! See you soon -

This Enterprise location has top staff! Always a pleasure to work with without any troubles. Fast service and great vehicle selection and condition. Enterprise should use them as a benchmark for all other locations as other locations I've been to across the US has been, at best, a C rating.

We reserved the vehicle through Costco.  We had a short wait in line to pick up the car at MKE airport.  The counter personnel was very courteous and friendly.  The paperwork was already complete so all we needed to do was sign and go.  The amount shone for the rental was exactly what we expected.  When we got to the lot, the personnel offered us an upgrade to a very nice Ford Explorer at the same cost as our Costco amount.  The vehicle was very comfortable and fun to drive.   Gasoline mileage was very good for an SUV (21 mpg for our 4 day rental).  When we dropped the vehicle offer the personnel were very friendly and efficient, and the amount charged was exactly what we expected.  All in all a very pleasant rental car experience.
