1) finding it was difficult - the mailing address is not the actual location.  The location is BEHIND E. Virginia Beach Blvd - i.e. the next street that is parallel to E. Virginia Beach Blvd.
2) the car (Ford Fiesta) was not a 5 seater.

However, the person at the desk was awesome given that I was late trying to find the place.

no one is ever there to answer the phone so i went in person,however had a lock out and the gentleman  at the counter was clueless, very rude and didn't have any resources  or  answers to help with my lock out. I went to the counter around 9 am and  the gentleman said he would call us when  another attendant would come back. He never called and we tried to call back several times... No ANSWER!! how frustrating.  "FINALLY" we got someone 5 minutes before closing... REALLY!!! She was able to give detail instructions as to what we could do. Companies like enterprise should have employees who can give  instructions on how one should proceed if there is ever a lock out.  HAD TO PUT ONE STAR JUST TO POST BUT REALLY!!! " I GIVE 5 THUMBS DOWN" Going to Budget next time, my daughter said they never give you any problems like the one occurred today.....

The rental car provider was exceptional!  Warning: NEVER use the neighboring RH Collision Center!  My vehicle was returned with damages (chipped paint and damage to my license plate) that were not present when I took it in for service.  Conveniently, pics online were deleted to confirm my claim.  No one will take responsibility - including mgmt.  Admin. has yet to respond to my calls/complaints to seek fair resolution.

Beware, not only of the branch manager Caitlin also the manager trainee Shane. From the moment you walk in the door you deel the attitude coming from both of these employees. Not only is the location impossible to find because I have no signage, but their vehicle inspection practices were far different than when I picked up the vehicle in Tampa. They use a small tool called a damage evaluator  which seems to be used differently by each employee. The vehicle I return had a small dent on the inside seam of the passenger door which got totally overlooked in Tampa, however Shane in Virginia Beach scoped it out right away. The dent is not even visible to the naked eye so it's 100% likely that it has gotten overlooked in the dark parking garage of the Tampa enterprise airport location. Not only did Caitlyn treat me like a criminal  when I try to explain to her how the car was inspected, she didn't care to listen. I had a friend picking me up at enterprise in Virginia Beach and witnessed not only the attitude but the terrible customer service from both of them. The tools they use to evaluate damage are being used completely different at each location.  I have a phone call into the Better Business Bureau, enterprise corporate office in their area manager. I hope both of these employees not only get a lesson on their internal tools but also customer service. Mark my word I will never rent a vehicle from enterprise car rental again based on this experience. The worst of the worst
