I have always rented from Enterprise, however I just recently moved to Virginia and the experience of renting from this Enterprise on Indian River Rd has been AMAZING! The vehicle was amazing, all the features it came with surpassed our expectations and that was all thanks to the representative Korey that helped me. I have to take the time to give him praise because he was extremely amazing from start to finish with accommodating my needs! His dedication to my satisfaction, definitely made my holiday vacation one to appreciate! If he is due for a review or a raise please bless this man because his hospitality and commitment to your company and meeting the needs of the customer is absolutely phenomenal! I am not only speaking on my experience either. While returning the vehicle seeing him conduct business with all the other customers he was just the same. He is definitely a nice gentleman and I will definitely return to this location and of course ask for Korey! Thank you so much again!

I'm a current regular business rental customer at the Gold Tier Level having rented 63 days since Jan. 1, 2017. Once a month I rent a car for a business trip. Usually there is never a problem other than the occasional 30+ minute wait to obtain the rental car. Yesterday I arrived to pick up the rental and was informed that I cannot use the Business Debit Card that I have used every single time to pay for the rentals this past year. I was told I could use the card but was required to provide a pay stub or utility bill to verify my identity. Not sure why this came up now as the 12 times prior this was never required. The Branch Manager that assisted me maintained it was a long standing company policy - although he will waive this requirement for one time only - but would not do so for me today. When I asked him why - he said he was simply going to follow the policy in case he gets audited. I also asked why in the past 12 rentals I was never asked for this information - and the Branch Manager said those individuals were not following policy. The incredibly crazy part - the Business Card WAS ON FILE and he verified that he could see I used this card for the last 12 rentals! He claimed this is really not a big problem and it all works out ok for him - because I could pay with a personal credit card, which I did. Of course now I have to be reimbursed from the company. When I left I called Corporate and was told my complaint would be passed along to the District Manager and he would call me. That didn't happen. I will be using up all of my points for a free rental and then my relationship with Enterprise will be over. UPDATE: After reaching out to Corporate, was told that a local District Manager would contact me - I was told this twice. Again, this never happened. I never received a single phone call. When I mentioned to the Branch Manager that I would be calling Corporate, he said "go right ahead". Seems he knew nothing would ever come of my complaint. I agree with other reviewers - being a loyalty member at Enterprise doesn't mean much! Note: Owner response about wanting to "look into this" is incorrect - and only to make an attempt to save face for a bad review. They care about the review but not about the bad customer service....

Friendly, courteous customer service. Thanks to the driver who picked me up and the customer service rep who put me in a nice, clean, car.

Whenever I go out of town I always utilize Enterprise services. They have picked me up and even drop me off at my home after returning the vehicle. The staff are always friendly and because I'm a frequent customer I'm in and out without having to wait a lengthy amount of time. I love the service at the Indian River location.

My appointment for pickup was at 8am. I arrived shortly after 8am and was told there were no vehicles; not a single vehicle for them to either upgrade or downgrade me to. There were two vehicles on the lot, but they both just so happened to have been vehicles for sale and not rentals. I was informed that it was the weekend that the CIAA tournament was in town so none of the other stores would have any either. Having worked in hospitality, had I known it was going to be a busy weekend, I would have called all renters the night before to make sure they were coming in, called all renters with vehicles due to make sure they were bringing them back and made arrangements with other Enterprise locations, outside of the area, to bring additional vehicles into the region. After 20 minutes of the agent calling around, they found one 10 minutes away. By this time, it was already an hour past my appointment so I followed them in my personal car to pick up the rental. The agent offered me an 8% discount. I appreciated it but it wasn't going to make up for time lost. As an Enterprise Plus member (not that it means a whole lot), I would've appreciated better communication the night before or the morning of, to help manage my expectations. I only wrote this review, because I rarely rent cars, but when I do it is at this location (because of the vicinity to my house) and time and time again, they do not have cars or do not have cars ready, and they have not communicated with me. Enterprise has been my sole rental company for over 10yrs, but I may need to look elsewhere, if I need to rent in this area.
