Worst car rental experience I've ever had.   I had reservations for a compact car at government rate but when I get to the counter the lady said they were out of compacts and that she'd give me a mid size sedan for no charge.  That was a lie when I dropped off the car they indeed charged for the upgrade plus extra liability insurance that I didn't ask for.  Being this car was for an official military trip ill be liable for the extra charges of $600.  Couldn't dispute the charges because they don't open until later on the weekend.  I will never recommend this company.

The staff  was excellent picking up was not bad at all. I received a great car that was more than I had expected. Dropping off the vehicle in the rain was not fun at all drop off location is uncovered and then the walk to the terminal is not far but uncovered.

Experience was great at first and then when I thought I left something I drove to where I dropped the car off and the guys got me a car and dropped me across the way to the other building.  When I got there the lady at the desk told me they didn't have a shuttle to take me back mind you I'm 8 months pregnant.. she gave me half directions and the walking runway was closed so I had to walk all the way back to the desk because she failed to mention which side to go down. Then when I got back they told me they had no way of communicating for someone to pick me up and that I had to walk. Luckily the second lady was nice and gave me full directions.. but because the customer service was horrible and they made me walk 2 miles back and forth through the airport while 8 months pregnant I will be canceling my upcoming reservation.

Terrible customer service, I place a call and I  speak to somebody in Mexico who has no clue how to transfer me back to an office in the US. A bunch of incompetent, indifferent, infantile nincompoops of a staff, that Is clueless as to how to help you even if they wanted to. They lost my company's business and trust me it's a big account.

This will be the most scathing review I have ever had to write. I say HAD because, though not forced the service here was atrocious. Something must be said. After a priceline reservation a week early, I along with men and women in uniform waited easily over an hour for our vehicles. Clearly overbooking is a common problem as almost 40 people were ahead of me also waiting. Once called to the counter customer service was rude and full of snarky comments. I will aim never to rent from Avis again. I would encourage Priceline to minimize their association with Avis as well.
