Excellent staff and service, makes renting a car so easy! Also love that they pick you up at the dealership and bring you to their location.

This was the very first time I have ever been disappointed with a rental from this location.  I live 30 minutes from this location, and there are at least 5 other Enterprise facilities in between, but I have always been pleased with Tim the manager at this location and the condition of the cars until my recent rental.  The car was very dirty (inside and out), it "stunk", badly, and the change oil light kept coming on.  They offered me a tank of gas for the problem, which was very nice, but I would have rather had a clean vehicle that did not smell so badly!

This location is great. I have never waited more than 5-10 minutes for a car and there is usually a great selection. The team members are busy but still friendly and very efficient.

Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful.  They upgraded the rental vehicle since the type of vehicle I requested was not available.  However, the previous renter of the vehicle they gave me had obviously been smoking in the vehicle,; the smell was overwhelming.  Other than that the vehicle was thoroughly cleaned.  I don't know how they missed that smell.  But the manager on duty comped one day of rental as restitution.  Great company to rent from.
