Chose enterprise based on advertisement of availability of jeep renegade.  I was thinking of purchasing a renegade and thought it would be a perfect opportunity to have an extended test drive. While checking in I was informed that they do not rent renegades. . Even though I saw one on their lot the day before....I was given a Nissan Rouge, which is a nice vehicle, but it was way bigger than what I wanted.  At that point I would have much rather had a small car and paid much less.  I was not allowed that option.  Still waiting 4 days after the return to have my deposit returned.  Would not use again.  Much better pricing and customer service out there...

All of the guys were wonderful at this location.  When I picked up my rental Danny was so nice, it was raining out and he loaned us umbrellas to look at the car.  Then when I returned my rental on Monday, my car would not start so Danny arranged for Don to take me back to my office.  While waiting to speak with Danny he was multi tasking on phones and doing rentals and even though he was under pressure every person he spoke with he was calm and professional with the person on the other end.  Don who drove me to my work was amazing, very pleasant to talk with on the drive and they all seem to enjoy their jobs and do a great job at it.  Thanks to all at this location for making my rental experience a GREAT one, I will always choose this location and Enterprise for my rental needs because you do not find this kind of service very often these days!!  THANKS!!

Enterprise was amazing! ! Very nice staff .not a big hassle using my bank card like most companies want to much unless your using a credit card. ..and i got my deposit back in 2 days !!! I will be using them for now on

I got to drive a brand new car with 13 thousand something miles on it! The guys were great! They answered all of my questions and the process is so simple! They even made sure to go over how to operate this particular car with me. I will be using them again.
