Great service! They picked me up from the body shop after my insurance contacted them and THEY called ME to schedule a pick up. This made it so easy on me and everyone I spoke with was so nice. 

Pick up and drop off both took about 5 mins. Great efficiency.

Jennifer was amazing helping through the whole rental process! She had the perfect vehicle!! It was way nicer than exspected for the low affordable price I was paying!! I will be going back there for my next rental needs!! Thank you Jennifer and the Hertz rental team on Montgomery road in Cincinnati!!

I reserve ahead of time and am a gold member, so I don't know if that affects the process at all, but I love that I walk in, they hand me the keys and I'm on my way. I'm not standing there signing a bunch of papers and having to stave off attempts to up sell me on a higher level car or insurance. The cars are always clean and in very good condition in my experience, as well. Returning is just as easy too.
