Had a great visit, we were in & out in 20 minutes. We've had issue with reservations in the past, we reserved a SUV when we arrived for pick up no SUV's available. Overall cleanliness and service is very good. Friendly, warm sales Representatives.

I took my car to Kings Ford to be serviced and Jay assisted me in getting the rental car. I told him I had never done this before so I wasn't sure about all my options. He explained poorly that most people use enterprise insurance versus their own insurance for the purpose of your rates not going up if you damage the car. I opted for the enterprise insurance with the misunderstanding due to the way he worded it, that it was free UNLESS I damaged the car. I was supposed to have the car for two days but Kings Ford took longer so I ended up having the rental for 10 days. I was charged $40 two days after having the car and when I called customer service, the lady explained that it was a deposit and I would be refunded once I returned the car. Then a few days later I was charged $120. I called and asked why I was being charged and Jeremy said it was for the insurance. I explained that I did not know I would be charged and he said to "come on in and sign the papers to decline insurance". I then asked him if I would be reimbursed for what I was already charged. He said "yeah come on in and we can do it". My dad and I went in to return the car and sign the papers Jeremy mentioned. Jeremy completely avoided speaking to me and let his coworkers deal with our issue. The guy who tried helping me took us outside to explain that I would be charged for 4 days versus 12. I told him that Jeremy told me on the phone I would get fully reimbursed. After a half an hour, Jeremy finally took time to ask me what I needed. I told him that we had spoke on the phone about me wanting reimbursed for the insurance and "you said to come on in and sign the papers." He proceeded to deny that he ever said anything about being reimbursed. He eventually gave in, probably to get me out of there, but rudely asked "so were you aware of anything when you signed those papers?" I explained, with my fathers help, that the insurance coverage was explained to me poorly. He told me he would reimburse me "this time." I told him that was fine because I wouldn't be back. So a couple days later I got the $160 reimbursement. But then a few days after that I was charged $93.09 for insurance. I called and spoke with Jay and he said he wasn't sure why I was charged but he would have Jeremy call me. Four hours later, I hadn't received a call so I contacted them. The lady on the phone informed me that Jeremy took care of it and she apologized. I got no explanation from Jeremy as to why I was charged again after being reimbursed once. And the women on the phone was the only one to apologize to me during my whole experience. I would not recommend this location to anyone and I am extremely unsatisfied with the customer service I received.

Was a mixed experience rental. But the associate eased up by making sure we were satisfied with the car. Please inspect the car like you'd check a used car. Most importantly lights and vipers. We had to drive back to return a recalled vehicle and the second car we got the headlights weren't working.

It was a pleasant experience as ever ( I am a loyal customer for enterprise). Molly and Jay were highly cooperative and met my expectations. Molly went a step further to cover the insurance for the brand new Jeep heading for Atlanta. I recommend this place and this was my second experience in one month.

The Staff is always helpful and friendly. My car was ready when I got there and the check-in took no time at all. Wonderful group of people!
