Watch out for the $250 deposit they'll want to charge your card, after you have already paid to rent the car.  Of course they bury that in their credit card terms of service and are not upfront about additional charges.  This was 75% of what I rented the car for.   After returning the car with a full tank they charged me a fuel fee 30 minutes after I left the location.  Called to ask why and, of course,  they blamed their computer system for the charge.  The car was trashed and disgusting.  They just had the trunk marked as having scratches,  but I had to circle every panel on the car due to scratches and dents.  The interior was stained on all of the seating areas, including the back of the seats.  Used to use Budget exclusively for rentals...no longer

Everything here was quick and efficient. Jimmy was professional and a good communicator. I booked through kayak so I called to confirm they received the reservation a few days before arriving, and he was also flexible in letting me reschedule the rental dates.  The car we rented was fantastic - I can't speak to the other cars at Budget but ours was perfect for our trip, and at a reasonable price considering the chip shortage and generally high rental car prices.

All around great experience. Easy to make a reservation on line. Agent was polite, professional, and made everything really comfortable. Will definitely recommend Budget to everyone I know.

THIS REVIEW WAS FOR COLUMBUS AIRPORT BUDGET LOCATION, NOT TYLERSVILLE!! Worst experience ever!!!!!! Have rented vehicles here many times. This experience was horrendous. We had to elevate issues above manager at this location. They tried to charge extra $13 a day for something included in our reserved price.  The clerk's and manager were rude, they couldn't produce the stated "policy change" in writing and subsequently gave us an unsafe car with worn tires! The car had not been cleaned see pictures a used food container was left under the front seat!!!! I am writing a letter to the Budget corporate office  as well. The supposed  manager, Ryan "no last name" was totally inept, and should be demoted to cleaning the cars instead of interacting with customers. 1 star reflecting "Hated It!" is accurate!!!! Clean up your act...literally!!!!

Avis and budget have always taken great care of me when I'm traveling for work or vacation. But do NOT go to this location if you are white. You will be told they don't have any cars available and will not look at other avis/budget locations nearby.

I rented a Kia Sedona last minute for a weekend getaway.  Budget Car Rental was able to provide a GREAT vehicle at an AMAZING price. The staff was so helpful and friendly as well.

Gave me a reservation online and showed up and there was no car.   Lady at the desk was rude and made it sound like it was my fault.  She tried nothing to resolve the problem...

will not rent here anymore. screwed up my whole weekend trip. was told my granddaughter to pick up. Nope that wasn't true. mistake number one. setup to pick up in Fairfield Oh. went to pick up but sent me to the West Chester location pick up. second mistake. caused big delay in starting my trip. I'm done with these people

I definitely recommend Budget of West Chester! I have rented from them several times and they always have the exact vehicle I requested ready and waiting for me. There customer service is fast and detailed.

The customer service experience was professional, accurate, and pleasant.  This is the first rental car company that allowed me to chose between 2 cars for my recent travel assignment.  I was very impressed.  I am loving this location as it is closer to my home than Enterprise.
