I will avoid the Allston-Brighton location in future. I'm a long-standing Enterprise customer across several cities and am used to a smooth experience. But service at this location is unusually bad. Despite an online reservation, I had to wait 90 minutes at pick up. There were several discontented customers ahead of me in line at pick up and drop off.  On returning the car, I was overcharged and told to go home and dispute the amount through phone. The man serving me was rude and disrespectful, and someone else had to intervene and address the overcharge. After doing the math, it was clear there was an overcharge, but it took a long time and an unpleasant experience to get that across to the team. Please provide customer service training at the 292 Western Ave location in Boston.

The staff here are always professional and courteous. My one complaint is the lack of follow through.  I have already called a couple of times and I don't want to keep calling to get my problem resolved.  There were problems with getting the discount I requested and getting a copy of my receipt sent to my e-mail.

I've been using this Allston/Brighton, MA location for the last 3 years. Though the staff has changed over the three years, all employees and managers have been top notch. As long as I continue to rent I will use them.
