This review is long overdue.  I have rented from this Enterprise location 16 times in the last 6 months, and it is always a pleasure.  I actually go out of my way to rent here (there's an Enterprise closer to me) because it's such a better experience.  The team here is amazing, accommodating, and everyone is in a good mood.

The other massive positive about this location is that they do after hours drop off on Sunday.  This can save you the cost of an extra day on your rental AND the hassle of trying to find parking to return on Monday.

Rent here, you won't regret it.

Rented a car from them for the first time this weekend. It was an excellent experience. Their system is smooth, their car lot is easy to rent from and return to (since it's located on street level), and their staff is incredibly friendly and attentive (to name a few things, they didn't mind me changing my reservation time twice, they gave me a free half hour grace period for returning the car on the last day, and when the staff were busy helping other customers the manager came out to help me wipe down the back windshield when I picked it up [they hadn't had time to clean it since it was returned since it was after sundown]). Will definitely use again, and contrasts massively to some *other* rental car places I've had the misfortune of using around Cambridge.

I reserved a compact for a trip to another city with small roads and small cars and small parking spaces and parking tickets that are almost certainly overcompensating. I arrived at the scheduled time to pick up the car, but was told that because it was a busy day, there were only minivans left, but that’s cool right? This is a system built on complete lunacy. The ability to reserve a type of car is apparently a lovely homage to tradition, but not a reservation in its traditional sense. 

The second star in my rating is absolutely for the staff who were professional, apologetic and proactive in trying to make something work. Ultimately the rate was reduced to compensate for the increased gas consumption and the inevitability of parking fees. 

If you have some reservations about renting from enterprise after reading this review, savor them. They’re the only ones you’re guaranteed.

This enterprise is really nice. It is always really quick to get a car (about 10min) and they often upgrade the car for me (I had a dodge or a jeep) and the best is that it is cheap.

I was none too happy about my enterprise encounter. I needed a Car Insurance rental. I could not get a car for the $30/day car insurance allotment from Anyyyy Enterprise in,  or near Boston. I called 7. I was forced to pay the difference out of My pocket for an accident that wasn't my fault. I was told by all sites their CARS are at Corporate. I was not accommodated by Enterprise in any way whatsoever.
