This Enterprise location has excellent customer service!  Winter storms interrupted my travel itinerary two different times and they were friendly and flexible with my reservations. The on-site ‘check in/check out’ was fast and easy. The employees were very personable, making me feel completely ‘taken care of.’  
Overall, my rental experience was definitely a positive one.  I’d highly recommend using them.

Great experience! We got our car quickly and it was clean and ready to go! They didn't have the size of car that we requested but they gave us an even better vehicle at the same price + discount. It was awesome. We'll be getting all our cars from this location in the future!

3/2018:  I am updating once again as I just realized I never put a final update on this review.  Tony came through and made everything right by me.  I am grateful that he did that and as such I have changed the rating to a four star as the customer service came through.  
I have changed my rating from five stars to two.  Because I had a horrible rental experience worsened today by the Assistant Manager who was so condescending I couldn't speak to him anymore.  He basically called me a liar and told me all the reasons he was not going to keep with the contract.  I paid a 250 deposit and was only refunded 162.00 I spoke to Tony about it and he was great and offered great customer service letting me know it was their error and that he would get it corrected.  When I related the troubles I had he told me he would also refund one day of the rental which he followed through with.  But the deposit error hasn't been corrected yet.  I have spent more time on the phone trying to get it straightened out than I care to think about and I am not done yet. I am giving two stars because of Tony.

I rented for the first time from this location.  They were great, just like every Enterprise location I have ever been to.  The car was ready for me, no real waiting and they are so courteous and professional and yet very friendly.  I would highly recommend them.

This rental was the easiest and fastest I have experienced, got there when they had just opened and was out in 5 min. We have rented here before and normally 1/2 tops but we were amazed truck was ready signed and out. They have always been good to us but this was crazy, in a good way. The truck we rented was very good went to multiple states and didnt even feel like it. The return was just as good dropped it off and next day got an email with my receipt. The staff just as great. Thanks guys!!!!!

Great staff! My reservations have always been handled perfectly and they are very accommodating. They offered some great upgrades when they didn't have the category I reserved and they really respect the customer's needs and time.
