Take pictures of the entire car and spend a good 15 min making sure it's clean!!!
First time having to deal with insurance and get a rental and just like my buddy that I later found out about, they will give you a damaged car. If it's not sunny out you might miss something small like checking the roof thoroughly for a bunch of shallow dents and they will have no issue passin the buck of  their mistakes of missing it on the return onto the next renter. Gotta make up them profit margins right enterprise??

The staff there were gracious, one of them picked me up at my location to their office where i picked up my rented car; and another one drove me back to my location after dropping off the rented car.

In addition, there was no gimmick, no pressure in buying insurance, the car was very neat, and they gave me exactly what i asked for at the price we agreed on (~ $38.00 for 4 days)

So far, i've enjoyed pleasant experiences with them and i hope they continue being exceptional in their services. As of today and based on my experience so far, i will highly recommend this very Enterprise Rent-A-Car to everyone.

It is always a pleasure renting from enterprise. I really like the Murray location and the people who assist with my rentals. Shandel I believe is great! and so was Kelly and Jeff... they are the best and always greeting with a smile. great service! thanks guys..

I think they are great company and are a good place to rent a car. Their rates are very good and if necessary they will come out and pick you up at your home and take you back to the office to finish the paperwork.  They are very accommodating and efficient. My last personal experience with them was not the best. In fact it was was fraught with multiple problems. In all honesty, I think it was probably the fault of both of us and one others person. I can't place that totally on them, but that's why I gave them 4★'s rather than five.

After a bad experience the owner Justin called me to clear things up. While the issue was only a matter of respect, Justin showed me as an owner he cared about customer experience and even set me up with another rental at another location. Thank You for running your business responsibly.
