My husband and I rented a car 3 times with in the last 3 months for traveling out of town. Each time we go, it is very busy.  The staff does their best to assist customers quickly.  They are always courteous and helpful.  We will certainly rent from this location in the future.

Great customer service,  friendly, and courteous. Always makes sure I'm satisfied with my rental.  Had to wait little longer for the vehicle but still great customer service.

The staff is very professional! The vehicle that we rented was top of the line and clean.  My husband was involved in a wreck, we had to rent a vehicle for a month.  The staff called checked on the vehicle after 3 weeks and my husband.  I would highly refer them to others.

Would honestly rate them in the negative stars. 

We called ahead of time and asked them any questions we had. We even spoke to the manager to double check that we would be able to rent a car with what we had and they told us yes. 

Upon going inside some woman told us off telling us that we couldn't rent a car and she doesn't know who we talked to but they didn't know what they were talking about. 

Awesome trip to Tennessee Mississippi area from Canada. Stuck around here with no rent a car because the enterprise woman gave us the run around. 

-5/10 will never step foot in there again.
