Always have a great experience renting from Enterprise, no matter where I am. Someone from Enterprise called me a few days before I was to pick up the car as a reminder. Then on the day I got there for my reservation, I was greeted with a big smile and everything was ready to go. I got a one way rental so sometimes it can be tricky. I have been using Enterprise for the past 10+ years and will continue that tradition. A great company who cares about their customers, always!

The inspection  sticker on my rental was expired,
I had to add oil to the vehicle.
And my brakes were bad on the rental it was rubbing hard on the rotors. And after I arrived to the location and no one before when I called informed me of things I would have needed to rent. So when I found all information needed I had to drive another 50 plus miles to my residence and pickup all this proof. Also there was only one worker at the Opelousas, LA location. Reported the bad service I received to the main office and still haven't heard anything back from my complaint for a month. When I finally heard from these guys. I was promised a free rental and I went to rent my next vehicle I was denied everything I was told I would receive.

My insurance company made a reservation and instructed me to pick up my car at Opelousas location at 730 the next day. When I arrived I was told there were no vehicles available anywheres in LA and I would have to go to Texas to pick one up. I called another branch and they had vehicles available. Extremely poor customer service at the Opelousas branch. Will not be returning to this branch.

i called over the phone for a rental the representative told me that one car was available for 10:00 a.m on feb 22,2017 for a full size.  in which that was a lie. when i got to the pinhook location in lafayette, la the guy told me without asking for my information first off, he straight up told they don't have any cars on the lot until after 5 p.m  in which i needed it for the morning. I'm a pissed customer  always have dealt with y"all and didn"t have this problem before.
