I could not get the help I needed from their roadside assistance on a Friday morning when they were open. The van I rented was have wheel problems that led to a blowout that could have caused a bad accident and taken our lives. After the blowout I don't get help so I had to put the spare on myself. When I got to where I was going I could not get a spare tire or replace the van to go back home on a Sunday when their district office is closed and there's no one to give any authorisation the to fix any thing. All I could do is drive home with my family hoping I would not have any mechanical problem. The Firestone could not replace the blowout tire because it had the wrong tire to begin with. Firestone said they could not get paid for replace the tire under the circumstances. I called ENTERPRISE at 1020 NE Evangeline Thruway in Lafayette, LA place where I rented the van and they switch me back to their roadside assistance before I could explain the circumstances to get help from them. My sister called their district office to get help before the tires blowout and could not get help. We were 8 in the van and 4 where disable and elderly.

Devin King is always so very helpful. He has an servant leadership attitude. He's made my last few rentals very seamless and took care of all of my issues. He is awesome to work with.

Nice people, unfortunately the phones were messing up so incoming calls were spotty. Got in the door, greeted with smiles from everyone, got upgraded for doing nothing but having to wait a bit. Nothing to complain about.
