Rented a luxury vehicle. Vehicle didn't work good. Turn it in they said I could have a 40 $ coupon. Went to rent a vehicle for return trip. Avis said I couldn't rent with debt card. Was very rude family was stranded in another state.  Avis will leave ur family stranded and won't care. Go somewhere else. Not worth the trouble for terrible vehicle. Throughout​ the whole ordeal I received a 40$ coupon I can't use. Thanks Avis. The kids appreciate how u left us stranded on our vacation.

If I could give it a negative, I would have.... Let's start with the rental process was guick and easy. After that, everything went negative. Pre-payed for a rental two months ago and got a phone call at 9a.m. the morning of our pick-up stating our rental would not be available. Asked representative to call me back in an hour to confirm no other vehicles came in to our specifications. No return call. Called customer service to cancel reservation and attempted to explain the situation to the "customer service" rep and he kept telling me it's not our fault, this happens and there's no guarantee, etc....... I tried to interrupt him and explain the situation and he hung up on me. 

Still working to confirm full refund...........

This location lost my car. And I cannot reach this specific location. Avis phone customer service is terrible on the whole.
