We arrived several hours before our scheduled pick up time and the attendant worked hard to accomodate our time change and provide us with a vehicle.   Another great plus to renting from Enterprise is that they allow a spouse to be covered automatically, with no extra charge and they do not even have to be there to give Drivers License info etc.  Enterprise will be my first rental choice from now on.

Mr. Angelle stayed past his normal working time to assist me with my rental reservation. My flight was delayed and I arrived past closing time. Mr. Angelle was at the counter helping another customer who had a mechanical issue with her rental car and stayed to even later to help me. Thanks to Mr. Angelle for his time, patience and courteous handling of my late Sunday evening arrival at his counter. He saved me from being without transportation on a late Sunday evening for a business meeting early Monday morning.

Apparently, advanced online reservations mean nothing at the LFT location. We have been renting a CAR/SUV for over a year on a two week basis. Multiple times, they've not had what we requested, so we were either upgraded or downgraded, but still always a car or SUV. Today, we got a work truck. And as for the Customer Cares department....epic failure. Enterprise has lost our business.

The car was good, delivered running with key in the ignition. I shopped for perishables first, since my lodging was hard to find in the dark, and I had plenty of time. Back at the car, I couldn't find the keys. Turns out the Dodge Dart keys are just fobs, with emergency keys attached. The emergency keys work only doors and trunk. The manual was useless. After 13 phone calls to Enterprise (no answer, no voicemail) and 3 to Enterprise Emergency Road Service someone got back to me about 1 hour later and told me how the "keys" worked. I've rented cars 4X/year for over 25 years and never seen any like this, nor had 14 of my friends I showed them to (they're not "keyless").  I wasted over 1 hour with food spoiling, then got lost in the dark trying to find my lodging. One person answering my call, or showing me the keys initially would have saved me time and frustration.  When I tried to contact them online to comment, I gave up after 30 minutes because my situation didn't fit their categories.
